Holidays... So many things to Do...
I'm trying to list The Good ones --so pick the ones that appeal, forget about the rest, they'll only stress, this Supposed to be fun, ya know... Christmas -Chanukuh -New Year's -New Year's Day...
--not enough: once I came home to ask "what is a birth party and why does a person have one after they're already born?" --unknown --until a girl's invitation tipped me:  my parents --and grandparents, had, somehow, managed to evade mentioning all the way to ancient age 7... no-doubt related to date:  mine crammed between set-in-stone biggies... all always "on vacation" --not around to party with me.. so new traditions created and you can, too....
 
But the 'old' is grand... back to the future...
memories of the way it was --ward off the blue: a pastry co. duplicating (?) the Delectable: remember long-gone Blum's?  Remember The heavenly Crunch Cake?  oh, my... they claim they Can... Valerie Confections: 213-739-8149...

--taste the good scents --savor the music, the peeps, the Sandy-less soil ... Silver Lake daVine...
if you can't Pay off in January = skip that chain-store sink-hole 'gift' --head over to Local: artists -flea market --charity shop, cuz who needs monthly -year-long grief, besides credit card vultures... we survived the Election, time to Party, Bon Appetite!
